Designed and manufactured in-house since 1956
Advanced Solutions for Cable, E-Waste, metal Recycling and more.
Delivering intelligent sorting solutions — from single machines to complete systems — for a more efficient and sustainable recycling industry.
Eldan Sorting develops advanced sorting technologies for the recycling and resource recovery sectors. By combining robust engineering with intelligent sensor-based and vision technologies, we help our customers maximize material purity, recovery rates, and plant performance.
Whether you need a standalone sorting machine or a fully integrated turnkey system, we design, build, and commission everything in-house — eliminating the need for a third-party integrator. With strong process expertise and a practical, customer-focused approach, our solutions perform reliably in demanding industrial environments, enabling recyclers worldwide to recover more value from complex material streams and contribute to a more circular use of resources.
ELDAN SORTING
Our SPS and MPS solutions are designed to address the challenges of sorting complex material streams with high accuracy and reliability.
Both systems integrate flexibly into existing plants and new installations. The SPS sorts small granulates from 3 to 20 mm (600 and 1200 mm widths); the MPS handles larger flows on belts from 1000 to 3000 mm. Standard RGB cameras and inductive sensors, with optional NIR — plus AI deep-learning and MWIR for black polymers on the MPS — deliver the purity and recovery rates that maximize value and operational efficiency.
APT Learner (AI-based material recognition)
APT Learner is a deep learning module integrated with the RGB colour sensor, enabling material detection beyond standard colour sorting. Trained on dedicated datasets, it identifies specific materials or objects such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) for highly flexible, application-specific sorting.
ELDAN SORTING
Through a strategic partnership with PICVISA, Eldan Sorting has integrated AI-powered optical sorting into its recycling systems. The result: the SPS and MPS sorters — engineered to deliver higher purity output from cable granulate, e-waste and non-ferrous metal streams than was ever previously achievable.
